The exhibition ENIGMA PINOCCHIO. From Giacometti to LaChapelle<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0is dedicated to Collodi\u2019s <\/a><\/strong>Pinocchio: a wooden puppet universally recognized as a symbol of Italy and Tuscany<\/strong>.\u00a0Pinocchio, whose fictional adventures are among the most famous and reinterpreted stories in the 20th Century is now at the centre of Villa Bardini\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> latest exhibit. The show examines the tremendous influence on the art world this beloved character has had over the last one hundred years.<\/p>\n

From Giacometti<\/strong> to LaChapelle, from Munari to Paladino, from Calder to Ontani, from McCarthy to Venturino Venturi, Pinocchio has left not only an indisputable mark on the collective imagination but also the arts, the latter of which is this show\u2019s central theme.<\/p>\n

Pinocho<\/strong>, uno de los personajes m\u00e1s reinventados en la literatura infantil, sigue siendo en la actualidad un icono cultural cuya historia se ha adaptado a muchas otras formas art\u00edsticas. La exposici\u00f3n ENIGMA PINOCCHIO. De Giacometti a LaChapelle<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0rinde homenaje a Pinocho, el personaje de Collodi<\/strong><\/a>: una marioneta de madera reconocida universalmente como un s\u00edmbolo de Italia y Toscana. Pinocho, cuyas aventuras ficticias se encuentran entre las historias m\u00e1s c\u00e9lebres y reinterpretadas del siglo XX, es el protagonista absoluto de la \u00faltima exhibici\u00f3n de Villa Bardini.<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0La muestra examina la enorme influencia que este personaje afable ha ejercido en el mundo del arte en los \u00faltimos cien a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
