Although I am not a big fan of pasta<\/em>, I must admit that I have started to look at it differently after my regular lunches at Il Giova <\/strong><\/a>in Florence<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>The place is small, modest and there is nothing remarkable in the decoration, but the food … the food is simply amazing! At Il Giova, the menu is so varied that they can serve spaghetti alle vongole<\/em>, salmon ceviche or frying fish and seafood.<\/p>\n

As a traditional Tuscan trattoria<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, the service is close and friendly. The space is simple, authentic, welcoming and decorated in a humble style. In this place specialized in delicious dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, there are not many tables, so you eat shoulder to shoulder with the locals<\/strong>.

Trattoria Il Giova: la mejor pasta de Florencia<\/h2>\n

Aunque no soy muy fan de la pasta, admito que he comenzado a verla con otros ojos despu\u00e9s de mis almuerzos regulares en Il Giova <\/strong>de Florencia<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0El local es peque\u00f1o, modesto y no hay nada en la decoraci\u00f3n que se pueda destacar para bien, pero la comida… la comida es sencillamente estupenda.\u00a0En Il Giova, lo mismo te preparan unos spaghetti alle vongole,<\/em> que un ceviche de salm\u00f3n o una fritura de pescado y marisco.<\/p>\n

El trato en esta trattoria<\/em> tradicional toscana<\/strong> <\/a>es cercano y amable, y el local es sencillo, aut\u00e9ntico y acogedor; sin una est\u00e9tica claramente definida o con un estilo cimentado en la humildad.\u00a0En este local especializado en platos deliciosos preparados con alimentos frescos no hay muchas mesas, as\u00ed que se come codo con codo con los lugare\u00f1os.
